Aeromags.com was formed in 2007 in order to address the cost and availability of survey aircraft in Africa.
The technical equipment has been assembled by Zoltan Beldi of GeOz Pty Ltd; Zoltan was previously Technical Manager of one of the largest geophysical contractors in the world, and he is an expert in building airborne geophysical systems. Zoltan is very enthusiastic about the potential of the new-generation composite aircraft, which contain almost no metallic parts, to deliver low-noise aeromagnetic data. Details on GeOZ can be found at http://www.geoz.com.au/.
Our pilots are experienced commercial pilots specialising in low-level agricultural work. They are highly skilled in low-level precision flying, a requisite for the detailed data that is collected.
Managers Graham Clark and Will Maberly are well established businessmen and have an efficient logistics and accounting network to provide a full service to clients.
Technical Manager, Steve Watt has a BSc degree in Geology and an MSc in Exploration Geophysics. He has
worked extensively in Africa and is well aware of the challenges that face an exploration program in the region.
Aeromags.com can deliver an end product of processed data and final images to your specifications via leading 3rd party geophysical contractors, or we can deliver quality-controlled raw data for you to process in-house.
